• Ventilatori con potenza compresa tra 125W e 500kW;
• Ventilatori centrifughi, assiali e a flusso misto;
• Ventilatori privi di motore, ventilatori direttamente
accoppiati al motore e ventilatori a trasmissione;
• Ventilatori specifici ad uso inverter.
• In applicazioni nelle quali il rapporto specifico sia
inferiore a 1.11 (pressione relativa in uscita ventilatore
‹1110mmH2O).
La Direttiva ErP non impone di adeguare gli impianti e le
macchine esistenti, ma chiunque immetta ventilatori nel
mercato UE dovrà fornire prodotti conformi alla Direttiva ErP.
Per i ventilatori integrati in impianti e/o macchine prima
del 2013 e che debbano essere sostituiti sono obbligatori i
ventilatori conformi alla Direttiva ErP.
• Fans with electric input power between 125 W and 500 kW;
• Centrifugal, axial and mixed flow fans;
• Fans without a motor, direct drive fans and fans with
transmission drive;
• Specific fans for use with a variable speed drive;
• In applications wherein the specific ratio is below 1,11
(relative pressure at fan outlet ‹1110mmH2O).
The ErP Directive does not require upgrading existing plants
and machines, but who places fans in the EU market shall
provide products that comply with ErP Directive.
For fans integrated in plants and/or machinery before 2013
that should be replaced, fans that comply with ErP Directive
are compulsory.
La Direttiva 2009/125/CE, detta anche “ErP” (“ Energy
related Products”), in vigore già dal 2009, si pone
l’obiettivo di ridurre il consumo energetico (emissioni di
CO2) dei prodotti interessati mediante una progettazione
ecocompatibile (“eco-design”).
A tale scopo, per ogni gruppo di prodotti vengono stabiliti
standard validi a livello di UE.
Ad esempio la progettazione ecocompatibile dei motori
elettrici è regolata dal Regolamento (UE) N. 640/2009
della Commissione.
Nel caso dei ventilatori con potenze elettriche in ingresso
comprese tra 125 W e 500 kW si applica il Regolamento
(UE) N. 327/2011 della Commissione che è entrato in
vigore in data 01/01/2013.
La direttiva prevedeva due fasi:
- gennaio 2013 entrata in vigore della direttiva
- gennaio 2015 ulteriore innalzamento dei rendimenti
target cui fare riferimento.
Directive 2009/125/EC, also known as the “ErP” (“Energy
related Products”) directive, in force since 2009, aims to
reduce the energy consumption (CO2 emissions) of the
products concerned by adopting ecodesign measures.
For this purpose, EU standards are established for each
product group.
For example the ecodesign of the electricmotors is covered
by the Commission Regulation (EC) No 640/2009.
Fans driven by motors with an electric input power
between 125 W and 500 kW are covered by the Commission
Regulation (EC) No 327/2011 that came into force on 1st
January 2013.
Commission Regulation contemplated two tiers:
- enforcement of the directive as from January 2013
- further increase in the target energy efficiencies to be
observed as from January 2015.
• Ventilatori per temperature di flusso maggiori di 100°C o
minori di -40°C;
• Ventilatori posti in ambienti a temperatura maggiore di
65°C;
• Ventilatori per usi specifici per fluidi e/o ambienti tossici,
corrosivi, infiammabili o contenenti sostanze abrasive;
• Ventilatori di emergenza, in riferimento alle norme
antincendio di cui alla dir. 89/106/CE;
• Ventilatori progettati conformemente alla direttiva Atex.
• Ventilatori per trasporto.
Per tutti questi ventilatori non è necessario il rispetto del
regolamento, ma deve essere indicato nella targhetta e
nella documentazione l’uso specifico per il quale sono stati
progettati.
• Fans for operating temperatures of the gas being moved
exceeding 100 °C or below -40 °C;
• Fans installed in ambient temperatures exceeding 65 °C;
• Fans specifically designed for use with fluids or in
environments that are toxic, corrosive, flammable or that
contain abrasive substances;
• Fans designed for emergency use only, with regard to
the fire safety requirements set out in Council Directive
89/106/EC;
• Fans designed as defined in the Atex directive.
• Fans for transporting material.
For the above listed fan types is not necessary the compliance
with the Regulation, but the specific use for which they were
designed should be indicated on the nameplate and in the
technical documentation.
